Cold

Happy Monday everyone. I don't know if it is really a happy Monday for me. Back to work after a little vacation. Plus today it is going to get really COLD for a couple of days. December was so warm, it feels even colder than it probably normally would.
Winter is really here now.
So for art today, I have some photos. Today's theme is ice.

And I also have a journal page I am linking to Art Journal Journey. Chrissie is our hostess this month and her theme is Winter Wonderland.
So today's piece is rather abstract (for me at least). I call it cold front approaching. I used lots of paints, a few stamps and some little silver snowflakes.
Hope your week has started off in a good and maybe warm way. So much easier to roll out of bed when it isn't cold.
Thanks for stopping by!

Perfect message for me this time of year Erika on your lovely journal page. It almost looks digital and I mean that in a good way.
Great icy cold photos too.
It is finally feeling more like winter here in Virginia.

For those who have NOT been subjected to the ice and snow this winter, I'm sure they appreciate and admire the photos. OK, I admit that I admire them, but they hit a bit close to home, except you didn't get nearly as much ice as we got here in the midwest. I hope that's the last of the precipitation for you, as the temps continue to drop and drop.

I adore that page for AJJ. It really is a cold front approaching. Those snowflakes look gold on my monitor, so I'm glad you told that they are silver.
